The Ukrainian army staff reported that during the past 24 hours, the front line between the "Russian" and "Ukrainian" armies witnessed 68 combat clashes, and the Ukrainian Air Force launched air strikes against 7 areas of Russian troops and equipment.
In its evening statement on the latest developments of the war, the Ukrainian army noted that the Russian army launched 5 missile attacks, 44 air strikes and carried out 54 attacks with multiple launch rocket systems on Ukrainian positions during the past day.
"The situation in the East and south of Ukraine remains difficult, while the situation in the Volyn and polesia sectors remains unchanged, and no signs of the formation of Russian offensive groups have been detected, "the statement added.
The statement said that the Russian army continues to maintain the presence of military personnel in the border areas of the sectors "severshchina" and "slobozhanchina", and also increases the density of minefields along the state border in the Russian region "Belgorod".
